本協會整合現有與服勤犬訓練有關之資源，並配合目前國內服勤犬政策及尋求國外犬訓練相關知識之協助，設置服勤犬訓練課程。
To pursue our goal, we integrate resources of work dog training from local policies and international materials to build up our training programs.
我們努力培訓組員，成為專業領犬員，此為技職專長中非常特殊的項目，其中之訓練，包括牽繩訓練、服從口令訓練、掛鉤訓練、公關訓練、拾回訓練及警戒訓練，其中服勤犬分類有：公關犬、教育犬、助教犬、特教犬、驅逐犬及宣導犬。
Our trainers are educated to be specialized in leash walking, command obeying,Limited training, socialization, retrieval, and alarming training. The work dogs are categorized in expert fields as: Interpersonal Relationship, Coach, Assistant Coach, Expel, Special Education, and Policy Promotion.
我們不是動保團體，我們只是一群人，希望狗好、人好、大家都好。一起快樂的生活在台灣這塊美麗的土地上。
FAEA is NOT an animal protection association. We are a group of people who commit ourselves to make the life of stray dogs better, and human as well.
目前主要的工作內容如下：
「R2服勤犬培育計畫」：
評估收容所內的動物行為，選擇合適的流浪動物，自收容所內帶出，加以訓練，讓流浪狗成為服勤犬，讓失去家庭的流浪動物在社會化後擔任服務人類如公關犬、警衛犬、行為教育犬、伴侶犬等，受訓後的服勤犬，能貢獻自己的能力回饋社會。在服役完畢後開放給予民眾領養，並且提供民眾完善的飼養動物觀念。
Rework-Rehome/ R2 Education Project: After evaluating strays’ behaviors in shelter, FAEA adopts potential candidates and offers a serial training program designed for dogs to serve in human society, such as interpersonal relationship care, guardian, behavior modification, and companion. The well-trained work dogs contribute themselves to human communities and will be adopted after retire. This program provides not only workforces from strays and also educates the public a comprehensive idea about raising animals.
目前R2計畫自100年三月試辨至今，已完成： 一、台北花博驅逐犬滿300小時，三十隻狗次出勤。 二、特教犬服務已出勤20小時，七隻狗次，陪伴十五名自閉或肯納兒，成效良好。 三、台北市動物救援隊行為測試犬，完成二十人次動物救援隊新進人員面試。 四、警衛犬已服勤十二隻，累計300小時。
Major works and targets of FAEA are as following: Since March 2011, R2 project has so far accomplished: - Taipei International Flora Expo: Expel dogs, for 30 dog-time in total 300 hours.
- Special education dogs: To kids suffered from autism/Kanner's Syndrome, for seven dog-time in total 20 hours.
- Taipei City Animal Protection Office: Behavior testing dogs for interviewing 20 candidates of rescue team.
- Guardian, twelve dogs in total 300 hours.
「觀念傳播及教育」： 透過網站、布落格、plurk、Facebook、宣導及教育「友善動物空間」，記錄服勤犬訓練、成長和工作環境互動狀況，讓社會大眾更了解動物和環境的關係。
Concept Education: FAEA publishes our training, growth and environment of the fascinating work dogs on website, Blogger, Plurk and Facebook to advocate concepts of “Animal-Friendly Environment”, therefore further the connection between animals, the earth and the public.
「網路平台議題發表及當代藝術展」：
藉由議題的發佈，我們要讓更多人了解，更多人共同來做對的事情，一個人的力量或許很小，但是大家的力量加起來就能很大。 我們要讓更多人重視動物福利：因此從協會發起至今，我們一共發起了：『五都動保處』『跟著Migo去流浪』『帶狗逛花博』『五大自由運動』等活動。
Issues on Internet platform and contemporary art: FAEA raises issue about animal welfare to the public. Since FAEA founded, we had held events as “Animal Protection Office of Five Special Municipalities”, “Rangers With Migo”, “We go together!!! Take Your Dog to Flora Expo”, “Five Freedoms” and so on.
每個人都可以幫助身邊的狗狗，只要多花點時間了解，他們可以不用每天悲情、每天向大家討一口飯吃、每天跟死神搏鬥。
所有來教育中心受訓的狗狗臉上，我們都看到希望，看到他們期盼工作，期盼貢獻自己的力量，得到社會的認同，與我們並肩，創造更好的明天。
Everyone could help strays around them, it just takes some time to understand. Strays can make a living on their own but not from begging nor sympathy of mankind.
FAEA sees hopes on the faces of our trainees. They are enthusiastic to work, to contribute, to earn recognition from human community, and most important of all, to create a better tomorrow, with us. |
